Refreshing salad

Finally we got some sunshine in Seattle area and some pretty high temperatures. We found one way to cool down and to get our tummy happy. Our cousin pinned this recipe and we decided to give it a try. It's pretty simple and doesn't require a lot of ingredients.
For this recipe you will only need:
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups honeydew melon balls, about half a honeydew

Instead of making melon balls we just cut them in squares.

 Cut fresh mint very small.

Mix honey, lemon juice, mint and orange juice together, if possible use blender to mix.

As you can see mint was chopped a little too big, therefore it gave the salad really minty twist when we ate it (which we didn't like, especially if that piece got on our melon square).

Mix it all together and let it stay in a fridge for an hour or so.
Enjoy!

*Tips: chop mint as small as possible. Let it say for a while, so you would taste the dressing.
