homemade chips

This recipe was shared to us by our dear friend Marina B. who stopped by our house the other day. It saves the day if you don't want to ran to the store to buy chips and doesn't have any oils in it. So that's GREAT. For the recipe you will need potatoes, salt and maybe hint of pepper or any other seasoning you wish to add, and waxed paper.

First you will need to peel potatoes and wash them thoroughly.

After that cut them into thin slices, we tried several times and knife was the best choice.

Spread them on the plate.Do not stuck them over each other

Place them into microwave for 4 minutes ( it depends though on the microwave, we tried couple times before we found the right one)

And done!

Nice and crispy snack for the movie night.

Tips* Cut them thin so they would be crispy. We used both paper and ceramic plate, paper seems to work better because on ceramic it seem to keep the water in, and made chips soft.
