Potatoes: quick and easy

Today we are sharing recipe that is quick and easy and does not need you to pay much attention to it when you are busy!

For this recipe you will need:
small red potatoes
olive oil
bacon
garlic
salt, pepper
dill
and any other spices you like

We used almost whole 1.5 lb bag of potatoes (use as many as you and those dining with you will eat). First wash them well and cut them in half.

Once you lay them out on the sheet pan sprinkle lightly, so it remains a healthy meal, with salt, pepper, olive oil and any spices you want.

We, personally, like mix of spices called Tasty Salt that we bought at a local store, Marvel Food and Deli, which sells a lot of Russian food. Thought this is not for potatoes, but actually for chicken, it gives potatoes very unique and delicious taste!

Cut bacon into pieces and put it all over potatoes. We prefer smaller pieces, but some people like bigger ones, it's up to you.

Put few unpeeled garlic cloves between potatoes and bake it for about 20 minutes at 425 F. We usually don't even check on them while they bake, which gives us time to do something else, like a quick salad. Don't forget to make sure that it is cooked before you take it out!

Once you take it out, sprinkle freshly cut dill.
Bon Appetite!

*Tip: Make sure that you don't make too much as they are not as good when you reheat them.
