As we are all getting ready for summer we start preparing our backyards to enjoy the sunshine, the time spent outside listening to the birds signing, the BBQs and the warm summer nights spent enjoying our time with our friends in cozy gazebo.
In this post we wanted to share with you how we made a small change to make our outside gazebo more enjoyable just by adding a simple flower hanging composition that we were able to do ourselves.
Let the project begin:
First of all we put all the wooden parts together.
Than we painted the wood. We picked a color that would fit our deck and add brightness to our gazebo.
After that we measured the lengths of how low will it hang and split the chain we had purchased in our local Lowe's.
Then we secured the chains in one spot so they wouldn't move. We used plastic insulated staples, that were bought in that same Lowe's to make it easier for us to secure.
Once again approving the lengths and making sure that they were secured evenly.
These were actually left over from our kitchen remodel and we decided to recycle them instead of throwing them out.
We used glue gun to glue them to the wood.

After it dried we placed it under the gazebo.
And final step of placing flowers.
Voila!
From another view.
The process is completely done.
Enjoy the summer days!
*Tips: When you are using the glue gun prepare everything in advance, so you can quickly put it all together once the glue is on the part. Also, you might want to change the pots the flowers are in, so they could grow bigger.
